Looking for pinout of HT Stage 60 DB9 footswitch connector

Hey everybody -

I'm trying to find the pinout for the DB9 connector used for the footswitch on a older HT Stage 60 combo. See lots of posts about it here but no actual pix or info.

If possible I'd like to make a couple of DB9 pigtails to use with my pedalsnake to make cabling simpler.
