I recently connected the 2-way footswitch socket of an HT Club 50 MkII to an external switcher (G3). According to the owner's manual (pg. 12), there are two footswitching modes: normal/footswitch mode and external switching mode. I have tested out both modes with the external switcher and the amp; they behave exactly the same (i.e. as expected)
This begs the question, what is the difference between the two. Anyone have an idea? Thx!
