Cabinet emulation should work with the combo speaker.

Today I tried running the emulated out of my HT-1R combo directly into my studio monitors. It sounded much better than the raw sound coming out of the combo speaker. This makes me wonder something: if the amp has a cabinet emulation circuit that can give it the full, rich sound of a cabinet, why not make it usable with the combo speaker? It wouldn't work for everything, but it would sound a lot better than the combo speaker does with the gain cranked up.
