New HT-1R Observations

I've had my HT1R combo for a year and a half. Mine has the same characteristic with the gain at about 1 o'clock. I use mostly the gain channel for both cleaner sounds and for the grit too. With my Les Paul Classic's volumes between 2 and 3, I set the gain (gain channel) at about 11 o'clock and the channel volume just above 9 o'clock. This allows "clean" with my neck pickup and switch to the bridge for "clean" around 2 o'clock and 3+ for my distortion.
