Cab Cables

I just took delivery of a ht-1rh and the 408 cab. Both the cab and head came with leads. Is the lead in the cab box ok for use as a cab cable as it looks just like a regular guitar lead to me. I dont want to damage anything so thought i'd check here first. God i'm dying to rock out on this thing.

If it's about 3ft long with a 1/4 in jack at each end then it's a pretty safe bet
