Maybe stupid question but what are right settings when HT-1 Combo is used with multeffect?
(in my case Pod X3 and Zoom G3X).
Overdrive off, IQ at center, but with ie. gain, what is right level?

there is no right setting, set for the sound you want.
a good place to start is to set the amp up so that you can differentiate what is doing what, so setting the gain half way is a good place to start because the preamp is not overdriving (and of course overdrive off), so if you choose to do so with a pedal/effects box, you will get hear more of what that device is doing, and you can still turn up the gain on the amp or vice versa to experiment.
the eq setting on these amps is more like a preamp tone stack emulator, based on what i can tell. there is no "right" setting.
