rasp sound

After connecting:
Guitar Out -> Zoom 802.1u -> BOSS RC-3 -> to the Input of Blackstar HT1-R, it destroys the amp.
The amp only makes rasp Sounds.
I checked the valves - they are all right. I think the input circuit has a damage? Up left corner of the circuit diagram: Any ideas?
