Hey Blackstar-Freaks,
my HT-1RH has been a very reliable amp for homerecordings until recently.
The headphones-out made a decent job so I didn't even bother to mess around with a cab at home.
I plugged the output directly into my good old ESI Maya and had fun. Not anymore:
I don't know what could have happened, but literally over night all bass was gone.
It sounded harsh and messy, so I checked my gear. Nothing. I changed the tubes. Still the same phenomenon.
That's as far as I could get, being everything else than a techhead.
Any chance that some sloppy soldering might already fix it?
Might the headphones-out be out to lunch?
What could possibly be the source of this problem?
I hope there's a solution. Amp-simulation is just not the same, it's nasty!
So thanks in advance, folks!
HT-1RH: All bass gone. Is it broken?
