Blackstar Amp

This is my second HT from guitarcenter the first had nasty hum when on and the new one has distorted cleans and cuts out every time. I've tried these amps with all my guitars to make sure it wasnt me and its for sure the amps. I love my blackstar pedal and never had one problem. PLEASE HELP BLACKSTAR

And one more thing, is blackstar sending faulty amps to US because those i know who have these amps had problems with it.
