- On the primary side, does it really matter which tube goes to which of the 2 OT inputs, are will swapping them just reverse the phase?
- On the secondary side, since the HT20 doesn't have a 4 ohm tap, did you just leave that wire not he OT unconnected?

Yes, the primary phase does matter. If they are reversed the amp will buzz.
On the secondaries, I decided not to drill a hole and add a jack since all my cabs are 16 ohms anyway. I just put a wire nut on it, coiled it loosely and secured it inside the chassis.

One way it buzzed, the other way it did not.
