That looks like it could be the real deal, but I am by no means an expert on authenticating tubes by their construction. If the price is right, go for it.

You will most likely not find a bias probe for the HT5. At least I have not found one. Having said that, I haven't shopped for one in a while. I made my own a few years ago and haven't looked since....so maybe someone is making one for sale now.
