Depends on your setup. Can you give us some more information?

Do you go straight into a PC/Mac or do you use an interface?
Is the volume on the amp all the way up?

Thanks for your answer.
I use an interface (Behringer Guitar Liink) and a PC with windows 10.
the amp volume is on the middle and i hear too loud through the cab. (when i use the emulated output, the cab still working)
I read in a forum that there is a way to raise the volume to the emulated output, but i dont know how could i do that.

I assume you tried switching between HI and LO input on the Behringer?

Try using the emulated out when the amp is in standby. Monitor by connecting headphones/speakers to the interface or through the speakers on your computer. Those are not as loud as guitar speakers so you can crank up the volume.
