Doubt: If I buy HT5R from USA(110v), it will work plug and play at 220v ?

I have read and reviewed manuals. But I don't quite understand the following:
1. If the amplifiers are modified for USA(110v), changing fuses ?
2. If you simply have to turn a Main Fuse knob to make it compatible to 220v or 110v ?
3. If you really don't have to do anything, and the amp is ready to be used in 110v or 220v without problems ?
I can't get MKII stock in Buenos Aires (220v), and the best way is to bring it from the USA.
