After ordering online, how is the warranty? Please help me with the location

I had trouble with the latest HT5R, it seemed fine at first, but later I didn't know if it was because I turned on the sound loud, or the opening was vibrating abnormally. I am very worried whether it was a failure or a problem with this machine. I put my problem in this forum, now I don't know what to do? Please help me, thank you very much
