I recently bought an amplifier (Blackstar HT-5 Combo). It has come up with a problem. no sound when I run. The power Led is on, but no sound.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
Blackstar Ht-5 no sound problem.
are the valves glowing ?
If you run out of trouble shooting dude, better off taking it to the shop you got it from.
But have a look at these things to see if there are any you have missed.
Lead for the speaker plugged in all the way?
all volumes turned up?
everything like guitars, leads, powerpoint and mains lead work on other amps?
I really hope you don't have a bodgy one mate, nothing worse.

I can see one of the valves shine. But i can´t open the back panel because I must send the amplifier without manipulating to germany. I've bought the amp in Musik Produktiv.
internal speaker is connected.
the guitar work. I have tested in another amp.
the amplifier is heated
everything is correct.
I discovered that touching the ISF button with the volume at maximum the amplifier makes a slight noise. as having a short circuit. this is the only noise I hear.
