Hello!
I recently bought a used DistX and fell in love with it. It gave my old Marshall JMP 1986 new life, but after a few ours of practise it seems like i lost a little edge and power... Any ideas?
I might try another tube or re-solder it if there is some solderingproblems. i just wonder if you guys have heard of something similar? Just want the sound back... :(

I´ve benn asking these questions at other forums and gotten som answers.
I´ll buy a qualitytube from JJ which seems to be good, check the pot´s and eventually use a spray to clean them.
Important to use the right kind of spray , not a universal spray that lubricates.
It has to be made for electronics, otherwise it just works for the moment and after a while it will just get worse or even kill the pot.
Some people had problems with the power supply, i got the old one with 16 Vac and i wonder if thats the reason Blackstar changed to 22Vdc?
However, now i have something to work with and i´ll let you know if i get it right in case you need to heal your gear!
