Volume drop HT-Dual

Hi guys,

I bought me a HT-Dual some time ago. And the problem is that there isent coming any power out of the pedal. Very low volume. It is an older version, 16 V adapter, so i cant use the adapter from my Blackfire (22 V). Ive changed the tube inside but it didnt work. The volume is cranked up to max to hear a little, i can hear my strings directly louder then from the amp.

Does some one have an idea of what might be the problem?
