Hi, my HT-Dual just arrived, and I love the sound of it - it just slays.

However, the center knob of the right conentric pot (the level controls) is loose and seems not to be attached at all. If you press it in, you can adjust the setting, but the pole piece does not stay in the hole in the center of the concentric pot. Can anyone help me out with an easy fix? If not, I'm going to return it for a new one, which seems silly for something like this.

Thanks in advance!

If you bought it new you're probably best off returning it - I know it's frustrating but it's likely to be the safest solution.

Alternatively, if the knob comes off completely, you could pack some Blue Tak in there to see if that holds it. Hardly an official repair technique but if it means you can use your pedal, right?

If you're in the UK, give B* a ring - their service dept is usually pretty helpful and it might be something they've come across before.
