HT-Dual Switching Latency

Hi everyone,
Is anyone else experiencing latency between when you go to switch channels on the HT-dual and when the pedal actually switches? It makes it so if you switch it in time, on the beat, the sound switches late. Is this a global issue, or something that only exists in some units?
I'm super happy with the tone, but this is a big problem for live use...
