Just that. Im curious if the dual gets that same more bright gain that the ht-50 and up have on the Modern Gain Voice button. Anyone know? is it most like the ht-20 dark distortion not the best for newer genres of metal? or like the ht-50 and up were you cut someones head off with the sharpness

To answer my own question, THANKS GUYS... ..., my friend just got the HT-DUAL and if anyone else was wondering how it sounds compared to the High Gain Voice switch on the Blackstar HT-50 and up models, the HT-DUAL is an EXACT replication of the regular "dark-voiced" overdrive channel of the HT-20. If you want high EQd style distortion that "cuts" and is real "edgy" then you should get the Metal Pedal! Dual is still great but not for metal. The forums are right on this one!

Hey bro, do you think it's useless having an HT Dual and HT 50?? I mean do they sound the same?
Thanks.
