HT METAL, both leds must turn on for few seconds when connec

[font=]Hello guys, I need your help, my blackstar ht metal works fine, but when I connect the power to the pedal, its LED is off. but when I press the button, the response is good (green LED and red LED)

my question is:
When I turn the pedal or when I plug the power cord into the pedal, the LEDs should turn on for a few seconds and then it should turn off?[/font]

The LED lights are off because it means that none of the signals are being used. They only turn on if you are using either channel. When the LED is off it means that you are using the sound coming from the head or combo that you're using. The only light that needs to be running and running hot as well is the preamp tube with it.
