So when I plug the power supply in, both channel lights come on.
No sound or anything coming back to me. Any ideas what's wrong with it?

hi Jonas,
before taking it to a tech - I would try swapping the tube out. 12AX7's should last for ages, but it's not uncommon for them to turn against you! I had to replace mine not long ago (lost channel 1, but channel 2 was fine - fixed with a fresh tube).
The signal goes through the single 12AX7/ECC83 on both channels, so fingers crossed, this could fix the lack of sound/signal - It's a quick and easy DIY job (check you tube for the bottom entry method of replacing the tube), and will only cost the price of a new tube (or you may have a spare kicking around at home?).
If it's not the tube, then you will (unfortunately) have to take it to a tech, but at least you will have a nice new (upgraded) tube that you know is good.
Not sure why both LEDs would be lit ....but it could all be related?
Hope this helps. Good Luck
