HT-Dual clean channel very low volume

Hi,
i just bought a new HT-Dual pedal from an online store in Italy.
Today i have tested for the first time the pedal and i just found a problem with the channel 1 in CLEAN mode.
Volume signal very very low....i have to put the level at maximum...at 10 on the pedal, for earing a signal at the same level of the clean channel of the amp when pedal is not engaged.
If i use the channel 1 in CRUNCH mode the volume is ok...very loud...and the same on channel 2.
I tried the pedal with 2 amps...in one of these i tried to put on Return of fx loop too...there is always very very low signal for clean.
I think it's not the tube...because the sound of crunch and overdrive are very good.
Does anybody help me please?
