It's very pity but I must confirm that Blackstar's and their spare part partners support is outrageous!
They haven't replied to any of my numerous inquiries regarding pedal's spare parts.
They doesn't care of their buyers and sold products. Moreover I've found many of such posts on the forums.

I hope that someone will help me with my question:
I need pots for my HT-DistX. Because installed ones are defective.
Does they have different resistance or they are all the same?
Are they interchangeable by all pedals line?
Where I can order them in USA or in Europe?

Blackstar does not release schematics, so unless you measure the resistances with a meter, there's no way to know.

As far as sourcing them, you can try here: http://www.guitar-parts.com/catalog/blackstar-amp-pots

They have a decent selection of pots for Blackstar pedals and amps.

Hi
Thank you for you reply
I've also sent a message to guitar-parts. There was only one answer: "I don't have them".
I've sent two more questions: When he will have it ?
And does this pot suit for HT-DistX: http://www.guitar-parts.com/catalog/bla ... mcpot15001
Are they all the same?

And I haven't received any answer from him. It seems that seller doesn't know what he is selling...

If you just look at the pot , there should be numbers on it. Just google that number. You will find a bunch of places that carry it. I had to do that for my old carvin head.
