Hi,

I have purchased a used HT Delay pedal through eBay and would like to check whether I was sent a defected pedal; when power connected, tube flashes for some seconds then it tries to turn ON (TAP tempo led turns green) for some seconds, then it turns off back again and tube keeps flashing again.

It seems this is broken or not working, can you please advise on what the issue might be?

I just got a DistX pedal and it also flashes (although it's started each time so far). I don't know if it's faulty or not although the pots most certainly are.
Very disappointed, thinking I should have trusted all the bad feedback on the quality control of these things...
