Help! please

I don't know what to do , i used it for a 6 moth or so and this bumping noise whith flashing both of the lights , it's coming every time when i turn on the pedal.
But it still works.
I use Blackstar adapter.
But now it make 10-15 bumps or so, and i scared
maby it depends of the 12AX7 lamp?
