Insider - how to load downloaded patches to amp

Hi.

I use ID30 and Insider for the very first time and notice that I cam only load some patches to amp.

Software can't see any user patches and artist patches - what the hell is going on? File format should be the same .bstar.

So why it isn't working with all downloaded patches?

Can you help me somehow with this or should I write directly to Blackstar guys?
