I got my first tube amp today! I spent a lot of time deciding between the Marshall DSL 40c, Fender Hot Rod Deluxe and this amp. What really sold me on the Blackstar is the Channel 2 on this amp. I love how vintagey it sounds and just all around great crunch. Any one of the amps listed blows out my old Marshall Valvstate VS30R (Don't let the valvestate name fool you...it's a SS amp) that I've had since 2000. I'm not a gigger, I just like playing at home and felt I deserve a quality amp. Without further a due, here is a photo with my Les Paul Studio SR
