Hello there, I have the "old version" of the combo, with the 10" speaker and just a volume knob for the clean channel … Anyways, this is how my tone stack looks like, I play with a guitar with EMGs 81/60, and mainly straight through the amp. I have a Boss MT-2 that I use as Mid Boost and a DD-7 and a Phase90 in the effects loop, so my distortion comes mainly from the tubes :D

Channel: Overdrive (duh!)
Gain: 3:00
Volume: 10:00 in the bedroom, no live action yet
Bass: 3:00
Mid: 10:00
Treble: 1:00
ISF: fully counterclockwise

I get a really nice chunky-yet-harsh tone, it works really good for my stuff, and for Megadeth, some Testament, some In Flames and even some Opeth as well. The EQ gives me a good warm clean with the neck pickup as well.

That's almost spot on for my settings. Love that tone. I'm using Seymour Duncan vintage 59 pafs, and that tone is sweetness to mine ears! Cheers!
