If you guys want, use this sheet for your Ht-40 settings.
Just save this image, open it in paint, draw in your settings, save it, upload it to Photobucket, copy the IMG code and paist it in the forum.
Pretty easy. 10 min.
I dont know about you but I dont like looking at a list of settings.

Good for some rock, punk stuff with Majors and minors.
Dark reverb On. Neck Humbucker usally. Guitar knob on the treble side. Gain gose up as the vol gose down for softer vol or for power cords. Tubes sound great just breaking up so thats the sweet spot!

Yesterday I watched an nice rundown of Billy Gibbons gear and settings by his tech. Turns out he has bass and mid all on full and treble all the way down. Live amps are Marshalls most of the time.
I tried those settings on the OD channel with nice results! ISF all the way to the right, but good results in other positions also. I use a Les Paul Classic Antique (2007). A little eq in the loop added some transparancy.

have to try that !
Ok... I know, I know... most question asked ever, does it really exist?, etc. etc. but still..
Did anyone try to get a brown sound out of a Blackstar, preferably HT-40? Maybe combined with pedals? I don't have boosters, but I was wondering whether boosting the poweramp would help?!
