Patch's for ID COR 10's

I'm new to this can anyone say why the Patch's don't match up for a ID Cor 10, all seem to have other settings in them so how do you compensate for this or do you just ignore the other settings

Hi Adrian,
You use the insider software to adjust those other settings, that are not shown on the Core 10. This is how you backup and apply patches as well.
I love my Core 10.
