newbie with some issues

hi people new at this forum and have some teething issues with a core id 20

firstly when i connect my PC's sound through the headphone/line out from the PC to the amp I get a high pitched noise in the background, it doesn't do this from an ipod or android input .

Also the insider software is saying my amp isn't connected how do i get it to connect - I have tried 2 different USB cables

Any help would be great thank you

Sounds like there may be a feedback loop between your amp and the PC. Make sure your PC audio inputs are not actively monitoring.

The USB connection works with INSIDER software, so download that first. It will update your amp with the latest firmware if it's out of date. I'm a mac guy, so not totally up on how the drivers work for PC USB connection but read up on the insider website for details.
