ID core 10 V3 connecting to pc

Hi, few day ago i buy blackstar od core 10 v3 and try to connect to my PC(win 8.1) and laptop(win 10 ). Always have trouble with drivers, my 2 pc doesnt recognize device. I update framework and other drivers. Can anybody help me ?
