Sonnet 120

Hi, I have a few question about the Sonnet 120. The first is about the DIs - do they cut out the speaker when connected or can I still send a signal to my FOH engineer without disturbing the functionality on stage?
My second question is: is the Sonnet loud enough to play with a full rock band? Think: E Street Band going full tilt (which is actually the application here).
