I have trusted and used Blackstar Amps products. However, lately, I feel a bit dissatisfied that the products have made some mistakes, such as the too loud sound on the Silverline Series, making me feel quite nervous, and don't know whether to continue using it and use them again? I still believe people can fix them because there are many other quality products. I think the company should be more careful to retain customers, not for profit to reduce product quality
