For those interested, & in light of the fact that B* have not yet provided one, I've marked up the old MIDI chart (dated : 11-07-12!!!) with all the recent additions & amendments (as well as providing a key to the various value meanings)(AFAIK).

I hope someone finds this useful

I've had a request (Hi Myk) to repost this listing of all the various MIDI PC & CC that apply to the ID series ... so, as i said:

Can you clarify the CC to recall patches? I can see that you would pass a value of 0-127 to recall patch 1-128, but I don't see the CC# to assign the value to. Perhaps I am misreading the chart, though. MIDI makes my brain hurt...

Thanks,

To answer Myk's question & for reference purposes for those interested:
The 128 different patches on the Amp are called up by sending an appropriate PC (Program Change) with a value 1 to 128 (= 0 to 127)
i.e. a CC is not used to change patches on the amp.

Note: sending data on CC119 (any data value will do) is used to save the current patch (on the amp in the previously selected, current patch location: 1 to 128)

PS. My brain always hurts when someone mentions MIDI :? :? ... I am only a lowly guitarist after all, who likes things simple ;)

CuztardPi - you're posts so far on this have been invaluable - thanks.
As a total MIDI novice I recently picked up a FCB1010 as - like others - I too couldnt get on with the B* footswitch in a live setting with my ID60TVP head.

I've changed the FCB to the Uno chip, done all the suggested resets and changed my amp's midi to channel 1 using insider.

So (after a few hours of brainache) I managed to figure out how to load your sysex file into my FCB. It all now seems to be functioning as you intended except - the fx on the amp are all switched off when I change from one patch to another using the FCB.

If I call the patch up on the amp's control panel, the fx are there. If I use the FCB they're all off. Is there something obvious I've missed?

To be cheeky - is it also easy to assign the first expression pedal to delay level instead of mod rate?

Thanks in advance...
