I was wondering if anyone has a list of the amps that the id260 can emulate.
What I mean is, for example, what amp is the bright clean amp with el34's be closest to, or the crunch with 6v6's.

Id260 amp types
Hello and welcome.
That's a hard question to answer. Since the IDs aren't necessarily modeling any specific amps any list would be subjective.
We all hear things differently so what I may hear with the amp set at X, you might hear something completely different.
With so many combinations of preamp, power amp, and ISF, it's important to use your ears when dialing in this amp and not get into the habit of thinking bright clean with el84 and ISF to the right = Vox, or whatever.

jds22 is right on target about dialing in tones on any of the ID Series... since I myself haven't had experience with many different amps, I have been looking through amp specs online to get a ballpark of what some of the others might be using... just as a starting point for myself... probably just a good waste of time - and not at all accurate - but these amps are just so fun I can't help myself. as others have mentioned, it's difficult to apportion the various voicings/"valve" sims to specific amps - there are just so many variations available.
but as a rough guide ( apologies if this is info you already know)
EL84 - generally on "British" voiced amps such as Vox AC15 + AC30
6V6 - generally on small " American" voiced amps such as Fender Deluxe or Supro
EL34 - generally used on "British" voiced amps such as Marshall Plexis or Hiwatts
KT66 - used on early Marshall amps ( Bluesbreakers / JTM 45 s etc)
6L6 - generally used on larger " American" voiced amps such as Fender Twins/Bassman
and also on Mesa Boogie Dual Rec / Triple Rec
KT88 - used on some vintage Marshall/Park amps and also on some modern amps ( Blackstar Series One 200 )
Obviously, Blackstar gives us the opportunity to mix/match and mesh up all these options to create our own unique blends.

While it's not a 'modelling' amp, I created this as guide for myself which is a good place to start, and then tweek to suit your taste - EQ to suit the type of guitar you have.
Read left to right (1. Amp we're trying to mimic 2. Pre-Amp setting 3. ISF setting 4.TVP setting (Valve)
1.Fender Tweed 2.Clean Bright 3. USA 4.6V6
1.Fender Bassman 2.Warm Clean 3. USA 4.6L6
1.AC30 2. Bright Clean (add slight drive) 3. UK 4.EL84
1.Marshall Bluesbreaker 2.Bright Clean (add drive) 3.UK 4.KT66
1.Marshall JCM800 2. Super Crunch 3.add drive & increase level 3.UK 4.EL34
1.Mesa Boogie Dual Rec 2.OD1 3. USA 4.6L6
1.Blackstar Series 1 2.OD2 3.UK 4.KT88

I find it really fun to match the tone of random tube amps. The most recent and current favorite is my tone match of my Hughes&Kettner Tubemeister - lead channel of h&k - EL84, OD 1, Gain 12o'clock nothing more, ISF dimed to the UK side, EQ all at 12o'clock other than the treble at 11 o'clock. H&K clean channel - EL84, Clean Warm, ISF dimed to the UK side, EQ at 12o'clock. I did this using the same identical cab. Pres and Res at 12o'clock as well. I will say it sounds and feels amazing Just like the Hughes.
In general other points to start at when matching some nice amps are- Mesa-6L6 ISF USA, ENGL- 6L6 ISF UK, Orange and Marshall- EL34 ISF UK. This would be for the gain stuff tho haven't don't much matching on the clean side of things other than the Hughes
I also noted when matching, OD1 is always the heavy rhythm tone and high gain match to the heavy amps and OD2 I find is a special Blackstar "Lead" channel voiced for amazing solo and melodic parts, more compressed sounding with more mids, tighter, to cut through the mix. BUT does not do well when played against OD1 with rhythms and chords you'll find OD1 to be much fuller in the mix.
