Selling my 260 and my 30. Sick to absolute death with constant problems with both the amps and the software.
I can honestly say there has not been a day I have not regretted buying this pile of trouble. If Blackstar would support their customers then I would persevere but they have the worst customer service I have ever known and seem to have this reputation world wide. Bye bye Blackstar, Blackstar bye bye.

Just about there myself.
I payed more than I wanted to for this type of amp and although it does what it does fairly well.
I would have invested in a tube amp had I known B* had plans to simply get Insider functioning and then completely bail on all ID series altogether.
It's a shame really because it had the potential to be so much better.
I lived, I learned and now I can plan for my next amp accordingly.
