Having followed the instructions:

With your amp connected and powered on, launch INSIDER in ADMIN mode (hold down ‘shift’ key whilst launching the software)
You will be prompted that a firmware update is available- select 'yes' and complete the update.

Insider says it is Upgrading Amplifier Firmware Please Wait and I am still waiting...........hours later.....
The Tap indicator on the amp is flashing.

Any advice welcomed...

Was using one of my laptop's USB 2.0 ports. Switched to its USB 3.0 port and the download started - the progress bar progressed and it has now completed - Its a miracle.....

ID60 is not a very robust product - keeps stealing my precious time when I could be playing.
