Using a volume pedal with the ID:100

Hi.

I've just bought the ID:100 head along with a Boss fv500h but for some reason the pedal won't swell the volume, instead when i start to raise the volume it suddenly jumps in at pretty much full volume.

Anyone else having or had the same problem?

Maybe the noise gate threshold is preventing any sound until your volume pedal reaches a certain level.
Turn it off in the Insider software & try it again.
