Switching emulated output to effects loop?

Has anyone successfully switched the emulated out to an effects loop. When I plug my ID 100 TVP in to my computer it shows up in my devices but I can't find where to adjust , download etc.

I just downloaded the software and havent had a chance to try it but I saw it was located under settings. I believe The settings icon is on the top right. There should be a drop down box for turning on the effects loop.
