Firmware Update

The current firmware on my ID60TVP is v1.5.1 Is there any reason to upgrade to 1.7.6? None of the updates seemed to have any effect on my amp. When I attempt to "import patch to library" I get a window that only allows me to overwrite the patch and not save to my computer. I'm also on my third FS-10 foot switch (all ordered new from the GC) that will not operate with either my ID60TVP or my ID100 head and cab. The switches will not toggle between patches. Will upgrading the firmware solve this problem? I have multiple posts in regard to this foot switch issue, I've called Korg and posted on the Blackstar facebook page and I'm yet to get a response. Is there anyone out there?

Your amp firmware 1.5.1 is currently up to date, so you don't need to worry about that.
Version 1.7.9 is referring to the Blackstar Insider software.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Now if you could only fix my FS-10 Foot switch issue.
