I have the same problem with the valve selector switching by itself.
This is the reply that I got from Blackstar.
Thank you for contacting Blackstar.
This issue is almost certainly a hardware problem. We’d recommend that you contact an authorised service centre to have this unit inspected for repair.
If the unit is in the warranty period, you could also look to contact the store you purchased the amplifier from.
Hope this helps, but if you have any issues please let us know
As the amp has hardly been used and never gigged, I don't see how there should be a hardware problem.
I was thinking of getting the ID Core 100, but not now

Hi, I have the ID 260 tvp and have the same problem. Mine flickers between voices when the voice selector is moved, but only for about 5 seconds and then it stops on the selected voice. It has to be a hardware problem but it hasn't quite pissed me off enough yet to get it fixed, but it will in the end, no doubt. Would love to know if anybody gets it sorted.

Yep, me to. I have an ID:260TVP, which I love to bits, but it's really annoying when you're playing at a gig, and the voice switch decides to change by itself!
