Insider changing effects when saving to amp

i've updated to the newest insider and when i have my patch set in the software all is good. when i save it to my ID:100, it changes both the reverb and delay presets to almost max everything. after the save to the amp, it then changes the settings in the software aswell. takes atleast a few tries to get the proper patch to save to the amp. anybody else with this issue?
