ID150H quietest cab?

Whats the quietest cab I can connect to my ID150H? I'm just worried about blowing up a cab if its not able to handle the whole 150w that this head is supposed to put out. Could I go with 2 8/16 ohm 75w 1x12s, one per output? could I go with just one 1x12 if I keep the volume low?
