Is the main INPUT on the ID:CORE 10 TS (mono) or TRS (stereo)?
My G1Xon pedal has some stereo effects, like a roto closet, and it sounds great over headphones. I want to know if I should get a TRS or TS cable to connect that pedal to the ID:CORE.
If this has already been answered, please provide a link to the answer. I did a search but couldn't find the answer.
Thank you
TRS or TS input
According to the manual:
1. Input
Plug your guitar in here.
Always use a good quality screened guitar lead.
It does not give a stereo input as an option, so I have to think it is mono only, which is a shame. Have you tried plugging the stompbox into the input on the amp and listening to the output (clean, with no mods, delays or reverb) through headphones? The amp might do some stereo modeling on its own. The built in effects have some nice spatial qualities but I don't know if it (the amp) enhances any input effects.
