FS-12 Footswitch with ID Core:100 not working

I plugged my new footswitch in using the supplied cable and the 5-button footswitch led reads V02 for about 20 seconds then turns off. Nothing after that. I've tried plugging in after power up or having it plugged in when I turn the amp on. Same problem. HELP!

Could have had internal shipping damage, could be defect. They ship hundreds of these if not thousands, so odds are a few may have issues. Contact your dealer for an exchange.
