Alright Blackstar, First I was told mid Sep, then early Oct, Now it's mid Nov
When is the FS12 going to be made available???? Winter Namm 2017? 3d qtr 2017???
Kind of annoying to use the limited FS13 for gigs. I have done so, but I can't utilize the functions of the amp the way I'd like to.
EDIT- FS12's are available at many retailers and online stores.

Yeah, I'm a new ID Core 100 user, and it looks like I just screwed up and bought the FS10 thinking it would automatically work. I should've done my research. So I'm guessing I too need the FS12 also? Not cool that apparently no one can sell me one.

I just called Blackstar (Korg USA) directly and they told me they NOW have the FS12 in stock ready to be shipped. They then told me to order it from Guitar Center so I called them next and GC did NOT have it in their system so I spoke with their manager and he's now on the phone with Blackstar to see when their system will be updated to start selling the FS12's. Guess we'll see what happens next.

Well I just received mine. Plugged it in, and nothing. How am I supposed to set this thing up?

Got mine from Sweetwater too. $99
Works great and as advertised. My only beef was the product release times not coinciding. It was a bit of a hassle using only 3 banks of 2 presets, but I made it work. Now it's a joy to use live with FS12 and 13.

Did you use the included cable? Connect FSW out of amp to FS12 L side jack, then the FS13 connects to the R side if you want to use it with the FS12. Just gives you a couple extra switch options with the FS12 and 13 combination.

Yeah I did that. However I did NOT try hooking up the FS-13 that came with it. Maybe it's required? I take it there's no "setup" for the footswitch, it's just a "plug in and play" item like the one that it came with right?

Only matters when plugging the cable. The FS12 will get the cable from the amp, and then use the other cable to connect to R side of FS12 to L side of FS13.
