ID Core 60 noise on emulated output

Hi Guys,

Just got my new ID60 and loving it but I am having problems when trying to record. Using the emulated output and plugging in to Cubase 8.5 running on Windows 10, through a UR824 Steinberg interface, I am getting high levels of white noise, even before I plug in. I have tried messing with the various volume controls but to no avail.
I have a Marshall combo and using exact same set up, it is basically silent, so I am prettysure the ID60 is the culprit. Any ideas how I can get rid of this noise?

Anyoer able to help on this? Not sure if I should just return the amp to the shop?

Maybe try the ID Series section. This is ID Core, so not many ID 60 users here.

Is the EM out noisy with headphones or other sources when connected?
