Core ID 40- OD1 and 2

Good morning.
This past weekend I purchased a Cord id 40. I am new to this type of amp. One thing I noticed is on OD1 and OD2 I have to turn the guitar volume more than half to get anything out of OD1 and OD2. Every other voice seems to be ok. I recently updated the Firmware and this problem was noticed before and after. I found a post from last week seems to be the same issue.

"Do I have a bad amp?
Only while I'm on OD1 and OD2
I roll down the volume on my guitar and I literally get no sound unless I pick harder.
Your advise is needed."

Noise gate is active on those two channels, and the noise gate is way too sensitive on these amps.

You can turn the noise gate off if you connect the amp to a computer and run the insider software.
